A Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) supplemented their expertise with knowledge about aging and health, social, and financial issues important to many older adults. They are long time experts in senior care, navigating the system, and planning for quality care and services.
All CSA candidates must pass a certification exam and national criminal background check. They agree to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of older adults. Also, every three years CSA’s must fulfill continuing education requirements, verify their compliance with laws and regulations, and reaffirm their pledge to follow the CSA Code of Professional Responsibility .
